Change of Mind & Sizing

Because we do not hold pre-decorated stock, we cannot offer cash refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, we want to ensure you get the perfect fit:

  • Exchanges for store credit: If the fit isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. We will issue you a Store Credit for the full price of the item, allowing you to order the correct size.
  • Shipping: For change-of-mind exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping costs to our Sydney workshop. Once we receive the return, we will cover the cost of shipping your new replacement back to you.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.

Custom Designs

Please note that any designs featuring custom text (such as names or dates) are considered final sale. These items cannot be exchanged for store credit unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Our stitch-to-order model includes a rigorous quality check, but if something isn't right, we will fix it. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault or is damaged during transit, please contact us at orders@rounddoorworkshop.com.au within 14 days. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
