Because we operate on a stitch-to-order model, we do not hold pre-decorated stock. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to digitize, stitch, and finish your order before it is dispatched.
During peak gift-giving seasons or new collection launches, production may take slightly longer. We will always notify you if there is an unexpected delay in the workshop.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship exclusively within Australia using Australia Post. This ensures reliable tracking and delivery to all states and territories, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Change of Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at orders@rounddoorworkshop.com.au as soon as possible. Once you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number, we are unfortunately unable to redirect the package.
