The Design

Remember as a kid finally getting back to full health after drinking a red potion or picking up a heart piece? Somehow, it was always moments later that you walk into a spike or get nibbled by a rat, instantly losing that half a heart. Oh well, at least you are almost at full health.

This design celebrates being not quite perfect.

Workshop & Craftsmanship

Stitch-to-Order Workflow: Every garment at Round Door Workshop is handled as an individual production run. We do not maintain pre-printed shelves of stock. Your chosen blank is hooped, calibrated, and machine-stitched specifically for your order in our Sydney studio.
Manual Finishing Bench: Once stitching is complete, the shirt transfers to our manual finishing bench. The internal backing is trimmed by hand and we manually inspect the embroidery is clear of any minor jump threads with precision snips before we send it to you.
Lead Time: Because each piece is crafted to order, please allow up to 7 business days for production and quality inspection before your garment is packed and dispatched via Australia Post from our Sydney workshop.
