The Materials
We use the AS Colour 5026 Classic Tee. It is a premium, 220 GSM heavyweight combed cotton shirt, chosen specifically for its stability. This weight ensures the embroidery remains flat and crisp over time, avoiding the puckering common on thinner fabrics. The fit is a refined regular silhouette that runs true to size.
The Process
This design began as a 32 x 32 pixel art sketch before we mapped every stitch path in our Sydney workshop. Every shirt is stitched-to-order, then inspected and hand-trimmed by one of our team.

Workshop & Craftsmanship
Stitch-to-Order Workflow: Every garment at Round Door Workshop is handled as an individual production run. We do not maintain pre-printed shelves of stock. Your chosen blank is hooped, calibrated, and machine-stitched specifically for your order in our Sydney studio.
Manual Finishing Bench: Once stitching is complete, the shirt transfers to our manual finishing bench. The internal backing is trimmed by hand and we manually inspect the embroidery is clear of any minor jump threads with precision snips before we send it to you.
Lead Time: Because each piece is crafted to order, please allow up to 7 business days for production and quality inspection before your garment is packed and dispatched via Australia Post from our Sydney workshop.
