How long will it take for my shirt to arrive?

As each embroidered shirt is stitched to order in our Sydney warehouse, please allow up to 7 days for production before dispatch. Standard Australia Post delivery is then 3 to 5 business days.

What shirts do you use and how do they fit?

Our standard shirt we use for all mens/unisex designs is the AS Colour Classic tee (5026) as we love the quality, weight and silhouette. It's a heavyweight 220GSM, which is thicker than your standard print on demand or band shirts. It's fit is classic, not oversized or boxy and the length is generous. It fits true to size, so if you want a looser or bagger fit, we recommend sizing up.

How do I wash and care for an embroidered shirt?

Our embroidered shirts are no harder to care for than a standard tee. The biggest thing to keep in mind is you should never directly iron over the embroidery. We recommend washing the shirt inside out on a cold cycle with like colours. If you do need to iron, do so with the shirt inside out and avoid the embroidered area.

For the shirt itself, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not dry clean and line dry in the shade.

Can I return or exchange my order?

If you have an issue with an order, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy.

For change of mind or incorrect size selection, we do not offer cash refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, we want to ensure you get the right fit, so we will provide exchanges for store credit for items returned within 30 days. See our full refund policy

What is stitch-to-order embroidery and why does it cost more than a printed shirt?

Stitch-to-order means your shirt is made individually after you order it, not pulled from a shelf. The embroidery is digitized and machine-stitched specifically for your garment in our Sydney workshop. It costs more than a mass-produced screen print because it is a slower, more durable process with no pre-printed stock. The result is a quality shirt for you with less waste.

How can I tell if an embroidered shirt is good quality before I buy it?

Look at the photos, they should be close up and full of detail. As embroidery pushes a needle and thread through fabric, it is an imperfect art. Perfection can be a sign of AI or heavy editing. All our products provide a close up, high resolution image so you can see the details, you may even see where a jump thread has been cut. This will not be visible at a normal viewing distance. 

What should I look for in a subtle gaming or fantasy shirt that I can wear to work?

Look for small placement and details, subtle designs and colours. Our shirts balance recongnisable designs with subtlety and restraint that don't look out of place in the office or at the weekend convention. 

What is the difference between a 220 GSM and 180 GSM cotton t-shirt?

GSM stands for grams per square meter and measures fabric weight. A 220 GSM shirt is heavier and more durable, better for year-round wear and holding embroidery cleanly. A 180 GSM shirt is lighter and thinner.
