The Materials
For this design, we utilize the AS Colour 4079 Women’s Classic Minus Tee. It is the direct counterpart to our unisex staple, sharing the same premium 220 GSM heavyweight combed cotton, with a slightly shorter length for a more feminine look. We chose this model because it doesn't compromise on substance; the heavy weight ensures the four-heart embroidery remains flat and crisp, avoiding the puckering often seen on lighter fabrics.
The Fit
The shirt features a regular women's fit that mirrors the quality of our standard unisex shirt, with a slightly shorter body. This creates a cleaner, more tailored silhouette that sits comfortably at the hip without the bulk of a traditional long tee. It is a reliable, true-to-size garment. If you prefer a longer, oversized "boyfriend" fit, we suggest exploring our Unisex options.
The Process
This design began as a pixel art sketch before we mapped every stitch path in our Sydney workshop. By digitizing the artwork in-house, we maintain the sharp, square edges of the hearts and ensure the thread density is perfectly balanced for the heavyweight fabric. Every shirt is stitched-to-order, then inspected and hand-trimmed by one of our team.

Workshop & Craftsmanship
Stitch-to-Order Workflow: Every garment at Round Door Workshop is handled as an individual production run. We do not maintain pre-printed shelves of stock. Your chosen blank is hooped, calibrated, and machine-stitched specifically for your order in our Sydney studio.
Manual Finishing Bench: Once stitching is complete, the shirt transfers to our manual finishing bench. The internal backing is trimmed by hand and we manually inspect the embroidery is clear of any minor jump threads with precision snips before we send it to you.
Lead Time: Because each piece is crafted to order, please allow up to 7 business days for production and quality inspection before your garment is packed and dispatched via Australia Post from our Sydney workshop.
